Before you book
Dates & availability: your shoot date and delivery deadline remain requests until accepted by RBS. Production depends on team availability and receipt of your brief and assets.
What’s included: the deliverables listed in your selected package. Any travel, extra shoot time or additional creative will be quoted separately for your approval. Revision scope and any rescheduling terms will be confirmed before production.
Payment & confirmation: Content Sprint and Bundle require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before the shoot. Design Kit is paid upfront. Your production slot is confirmed after RBS accepts the schedule and verifies payment.
